Service/Maintenance TechnicianAngel is a maintenance technician who has been in the industry for 6 years. He joined the HVAC industry because he gets enjoyment out of learning new skills in a trade where he can grow and showcase his new abilities. His favorite things to do outside of work are playing hockey, traveling and spending time with his family.
Installer Mike is one of our Master Installers. He brings with him 36 years of experience. He joined the NextGen team to showcase his skills and experience as well as being able to train fellow employees. When not working, he can be found riding quads, hunting , fishing and playing basketball.
Project ManagerMike brings 16 years of residential HVAC experience to NextGen Aire. With his knowledge he facilitates the scope of every job to our install teams to ensure a successful installation. Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with his family or can be found in the great outdoors hiking or camping.
Comfort Advisor Jeff brings 7 years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC service and installation. He aims to provide the best in customer service and resolve clients’ heating and cooling needs efficiently. When Jeff is not working, he enjoys spending time with his loving wife and maintaining his saltwater aquariums.
Training ManagerJohn brings 25+ years of residential and commercial HVAC experience to NextGen Aire. His years of knowledge gave us the opportunity to provide hands-on training to all of our employees to assure their growth and success.
Head of Puplick Relations Sophie brings 0 experience in the HVAC trade but her super-warm nature towards her colleagues means she is literally everyone's friend. If you happen to have treats or spare some of your lunch she will be your BEST friend! She isn't afraid to show her opinion either- she'll let you know by her various amounts of snorts and grunts. Besides her love of food and people, she can be found in one of her various beds snoring the day away dreaming of the next install!
